& Juliet, one of the decade’s top plays is heading to Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center, Las Vegas this nearing June on Thursday 26th June 2025. Taking inspiration from very powerful source material, Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center takes on the pressure of hosting the staging of the reinvention of a historical story. Shakespeare’s original play has long been known as one of the saddest plays of all time, with the central characters' zealous love for each other ending up in their choice to commit suicide. Utilizing William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway as characters in the new musical itself however, the worldwide and modern show, & Juliet, tweaks the previous story by allowing Juliet to change her own fate in Romeo's suicide and giving her a chance to redefine herself. Wishing to escape Verona with Juliet's equally-resolved group, the cast is launched into a new way of life beyond what Juliet and her friends were used to once they move to France.

Given that 400 years have passed since Romeo and Juliet, the new play also applies modernized implementation that appeals to a younger audience. To deliver its point across to its viewers, the play promotes a set of numbers borrowed from pop music’s top icon, Max Martin.
